Including Yoga/Pilates/Mindful walks, pottery classes and massages we all learned new ways to unwind from the stresses of daily life and to enjoy each others’ company.

We made super nutritional smoothies and with so many of us working remotely, we just enjoyed hanging out together.

We also heard from Darren Couchman of the Robin Cancer Trust, who told us his own story of his struggle with testicular cancer. Germ cell cancers such as testicular and ovarian cancer can be silent, and we all need to be vigilant to the signs. Read more here: https://www.therobincancertrust.org/
